Seascape Motel and Marina is a motel and private marina located in Marathon, “the heart of the keys”, off the beaten noisy path of Overseas Highway on 76th Street East and directly on the ocean.

We are an old style Keys motel, with a Bahamian quality, that provides clean, comfortable, quiet accommodations at an affordable price. The 4.5 tropical acres are on 500 feet of ocean with 400 feet of DOCK SPACE and a BOAT RAMP on the property as well as an OCEAN SIDE POOL.
Seascape has fish and dive charter boats on the property as well as guide service for any kind of fishing you like to do. We offer rooms, efficiencies and apartments.
